A slow bossa with a featured soloist that can be Flute, Alto Flute, Or Alto Sax. The changes are complex and challenging to solo over. The tutti sections and backgrounds should be soft, lush and at times delicate. It will be a challenge getting the soloist over the band, especially the flutes, but the sound quality is worth it. This piece comes with an extra set of woodwind parts that calls for woodwind doubling. (altos-flute/clarinet, tenor 2-clarinet, Bari-Bass clarinet).
