Secondhand White Baby Grand

Arranged by Dan Coates, this Easy Piano version of the top-requested sheet music selection from SMASH Season One will delight pianists and audiences who are fans of the popular NBC television series. Based on the true story of Marilyn Monroe and the piano that belonged to her mother, 'Secondhand White Baby Grand' is a touching and ambitious song that stands out as a favorite among the original songs written for the series by award-winning Broadway songwriters Marc Shaiman and Scott Wittman. This simplfied piano arrangement is easier to play and the original piano/vocal edition, and the melody is played by the right hand, making it effective as a piano solo if a vocalist isn't present. Complete lyrics and chord symbols are included.
