This old chestnut composed by Billy Higgins and W. Benton Overstreet has been skillfully adapted by David Berger, co-founder and former director of the Lincoln Center Jazz Orchestra. This straight ahead swinger features vocal soloist with big band in the tradition of Duke Ellington and Thad Jones. Trumpet, trombone and bass also serve in solo roles (written lines provided). Rhythm section parts are notated and a guitar chord chart by Jim Greeson is included.
