Written ina quasi-John Adams/Steve Reich-esque style, this song starts slow and dark and gradually builds to a huge, bright climax. Think of it as a crescendo of color, from dark to light. 5 trumpets, 4 trombones (3 tenor , 1 bass). Sax section written for F, Soprano Sax, Alto Sax, Tenor Sax, and Bass Clarinet.
