Commissioned by the Cathedral High School in Indianapolis (IN), this solid Latin composition will be a welcome addition to any medium advanced level library. The lyrical melody and full shout chorus provide everyone with a shot at the action. The strong Latin groove is in the style of Horace Silver and others from the hard bop era, and the solo section may be opened up as desired (suggested solos for all are included). Rhythm section parts are notated with chords cued.
