A roarin? shuffle that is actually easier to play than it sounds! This is a 16-bar blues in Bb that can be opened up for many soloists. Lead trumpet plays up to a written A. This is a great chart for a good middle school band, or just a good piece for any ensemble that will come together with little rehearsal. 'Always Bacon & Eggs' is a real crowd pleaser. Although I originally wrote this for a middle school jazz band, I play 'Always Bacon & Eggs' with my professional band. It works because of the strength of the melody, and the crowd always loves it. 5/4/4/P/B/D. Easy
