Der Zyklus 'The Sun Shadow' von Wenchen Qin besteht aus zwölf Teilen. Qin, der 1966 in Erdos in der Inneren Mongolei geboren wurde, verarbeitet in diesen farben- und bildreichen Kompositionen Erinnerungen an die Grassteppe seiner Heimat. Das Stück ist dem Ensemble Recherche gewidmet. --------------------------------------------------------- The cycle 'The Sun Shadow' by Wenchen Qin is in twelve parts. Qin, born in 1966 in Erdos, Inner Mongolia, processes memories of the grass steppes of his homeland in these compositions, which are rich in colours and imagery. The work is dedicated to the Ensemble Recherche.
