Hodie Natus Est

Music doesn't have to be difficult to be effective. Such is the case with Gail Leven Pollock's Christmas piece, Hodie Natus Est. The joyful theme of the text is enhanced by the lively rhythm and modulations, making this piece sound more difficult than it is. Adding the optional percussion instruments increases that effect and gives a special Latin flavor to this infectious holiday melody. Written for any combination of two-part voices, your performance options are endless. Festive and cheerful, Hodie Natus Est is the perfect way to get all ages involved in your Christmas worship celebrations.
