'Three Attractive Pieces' is a collection of pieces for two guitars by Dutch classical guitarist and composer, Margriet Verbeek. The first work, 'Journey to the Center of the Earth,' (duration: ca. 12 min.) consists of the movements: Iceland; Lost and Alone in the centre of the earth, and finally saved; Walking through the Giant Mushroom Forest; Monsters in the Lidenbrock Sea and Safely back in Hamburg. The second and third pieces, 'The Sewing Machine' (duration: ca. 4 min.) and 'Meditation' (duration: ca. 3.5 min.) are arrangements of works originally for piano, composed by Modest Mussorgsky.
