On this cool DVD filmed in 5.1 Surround Sound, drummer Tim Herb Alexander, a founding member of Primus and now in the band Laundry, gives searing performances of the drum parts to some of his favorite songs from both groups - from Primus: My Name Is Mud - Here Come the Bastards - Eleven - Jerry Was a Racecar Driver - Spegetti Western, and from Laundry: Ten Gates - What Is Great - Turd Bowlers. Includes a commentary track on which Tim explains his techniques and provides background information. No drummer could weave in and around (Les) Claypool's convoluted patterns as effortlessly as Alexander ... Primus' songs are secondary to showcasing their instrumental prowess.
