Here is another work from the popular series 'Originale Musik für Blaskapelle' (Original Music for Small Wind Band) which contains works by Ted Huggens, Michel van Delft, Gertl Jahns and others. The works in this series have a simple instrumentation, which makes them quite well suitable for smaller wind bands.This one is a trumpet duo with band accompaniment, based on the famous Lorelei Song (music by F.Silcher, lyrics by Heinrich Heine). Both soloists should be placed at a certain distance from the band.
