'Children of Sanchez' was composed by Chuck Mangione to the movie also entitled 'Children of Sanchez) in 1978. Mangione was awarded several Grammys for this music.

After the lyric opening of the theme, the character should be tightened up a bit in the rhythmic details two bars before 26.
(An important rhythmic 'meeting-point' is 16th note no. 8 in each bar). Good balance between quarter-notes and Tom-toms/Small Bass Drum is important at bar 49.
