Despite his short life, Mozart (1756-1791) wrote more than 600 works. The general public is probably mostly familiar with his symphonies and operas. However, his numerous piano concertos are incredibly popular and are played often. In addition, he also wrote one concerto for clarinet, with the world-famous slow middle section.
